  • What do you need from me in order to start working?

To Begin, We Require The Following: 1. A Completed Application; 2. Proof Of Insurance; 3. A W-9 Form; And 4. Your Mc Authority. If You Are Missing Any Of These Items, Please Contact Us, And We Will Gladly Assist You In Obtaining Them.

  • Do I need to fill out all the contracts in order to start working with you?

No. There are no contracts to fill out with us; We only need the four points mentioned above in order to start working together.

  • Do I have to fill out any broker created packages for Brokers that I have never done business with?

No. We will fill all the packages for you,

  • What happens if I decide not to take a load of goods that you offer me?

We Understand That Not Every Load We Offer May Meet Your Specific Needs. If A Load Is Unsuitable, We Will Continue Searching Until We Find One That Is Acceptable. However, This Is Infrequent, As We Invest Time Upfront To Understand Each Owner-Operator's Preferred Routes And Book Loads Accordingly.

  • Do you guys pay me or do i use a factoring company?

We Offer Various Payment Options, Including Broker Quick Pay, Direct Pay, And Factoring. If You Prefer To Use Your Existing Factoring Company, We Are Happy To Work With Them. Alternatively, We Can Provide Recommendations To Best Suit Your Business Needs.

  • Do you run me to all states or can i pick the states i want to run in?

At Dispatchdone, We Work For You. While We Can Recommend Optimal Routes To Maximize Your Profits, We Ultimately Dispatch You To The Locations You Prefer.

  • Is there a minimum amount of time i have to be OTR ?

  • I only have a truck, but no trailer can i still get loads with DispatchDone

Absolutely! We can dispatch Power-Only and Tow-Away loads to get you going

  • Can I work with you if I'm a new carrier?

  • Where do you find your freight?

We work with brokers, Load boards and direct shippers.

  • How much do you charge for invoicing?

Unlike Many Truck Dispatchers Who Charge For Invoicing—Including One We Know Who Charges 2% Of The Total Load Pay Per Invoice—We Provide This Service Completely Free Of Charge. We Will Create A Professional And Functional Invoice For Every Load You Book With Us.
